The learning center is dedicated to implementing a program of action in support of its equality policy, assessing its efficacy, and disclosing data on its progress.

The learning center has a zero-tolerance policy for any sort of bullying or harassment and expects all university community members to treat one another with respect, consideration, and civility. The Dignity at Work Policy outlines the learning center’s attitude to bullying and harassment.
